1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Amazing engine Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the game application SQUISH! ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We aim to collect the minimum information necessary to operate the App. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
- Device and technical information — device model, operating system version, language, region, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data — gameplay events, scores, in-app actions, crash logs, and performance data used to improve the App.
- Purchase information — records of in-app purchases (processed by the platform; we do not collect or store your full payment card details).
- Information you provide — any nickname, message, or content you voluntarily enter in the App.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g. precise location, contacts, photos) unless explicitly stated and consented to.

We use the collected information to:
- operate, maintain, and provide the App;
- improve gameplay, fix bugs, and analyze performance;
- process in-app purchases;
- prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse;

- Platform operators (e.g. the app store) for distribution and payments;
- Analytics and crash-reporting providers to understand and improve App usage;
- Advertising partners, if the App displays ads (subject to applicable consent);

5. Children's Privacy
The App complies with applicable laws regarding children's privacy (such as COPPA and GDPR provisions for minors). 本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、Amazing engine株式会社（以下「当社」）が、ゲームアプリケーション SQUISH!（以下「本アプリ」）に関連して情報をどのように収集・利用・保護するかを説明するものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、利用者は本ポリシーに記載された取扱いに同意したものとみなされます。
2. 収集する情報
当社は、本アプリの運営に必要な最小限の情報の収集を目指します。利用状況に応じて、以下の情報を収集する場合があります。
- 端末・技術情報 — 端末モデル、OSバージョン、言語、地域、端末固有の識別子
- 利用データ — プレイ中のイベント、スコア、アプリ内操作、クラッシュログ、本アプリ改善のためのパフォーマンスデータ
- 購入情報 — アプリ内課金の記録（決済はプラットフォームが処理し、当社はクレジットカード情報の全体を収集・保存しません）
- 利用者が提供する情報 — 本アプリ内で任意に入力されるニックネーム、メッセージ、コンテンツ
当社は、明示的に通知し同意を得た場合を除き、機微な個人情報（正確な位置情報、連絡先、写真など）を意図的に収集することはありません。
